Since Thankgiving

I know I know..I am not good at this. But I sure have a lot going on . Since Thanksgiving, life has been crazy. I am coaching basketball for Claudia! Yes coaching again. Boy do I love it! We are having a great season. I love when the girls get the ball and are smiling down the court while dribbling its great!
Christmas was great. Santa brought a wii..it is amazing. Have you played this? It's great! so that is very time consuming.
So the big news is that we are moving to California. it's time to go. I'm ready. The girls are ready. The girls are I are going first then Tim. We are moving back to Vacaville. I went to high school here. A big chunk of my family still live there. It's been weighing on my heart for so long. So when school is over here in June we will be making the Cross country trek there. Yes it's a big change, and yes I know that people are going to be different then when I was there last time. But my family is still family, and my friends have been my friends since I was 14. So I am so ready.
Talking about friends. The best thing to happen is that I have found my long lost best friend. So I have facebook and I have been looking for my friend (Aaron Michael Flynn, i love using his whole name) for over 10 years. We were inseparable. He moved away and we lost contact. I tried every outlet. Facebook, myspace, people search. I have looked people up and thinking they were him and even called. No luck. I was driving to Cincinnati on Saturday January 17.. across my phone comes a text from facebook saying someone wants to be my friend..it was aaron. I had to pull over because I was crying so much. What a sap!
So Sunday morning. we started talking on line..I said just call me!! it will be easier to catch up. and boy did we! He married his high school sweetheart and has 2 beautiful boys Dylan and Ethan. They are the same ages as the girls!! What blows my mind is that he has been living only 8 hours away from me in Traverse City, Michigan for about 6 years! What?!?!? we have been a days drive away for that long? Oh well. Today is the present. The girls and I are going to go visit his family in May for Memorial Day! I can't wait. The girls are excited. Aaron said his boys are excited. I can't wait to meet his beautiful wife Jenny. i am excited to see his mom and dad.
Aaron and I lived next door to each other and he was my best friend. He now again is my best friend.
It's funny that we haven't seen each other for 16 year (YIKES) and haven't talked in over 11 years and we were able to pick up from where we left off. So thank you Facebook and thank you Aaron for looking me up. Thank you Jenny for telling Aaron to look me up.
So that has been my life right now. I'm pretty excited where it is at and where it is going. we do have countdowns going on. One to see Aaron and one to go to Cali..
